| This camera provides live coverage from various locations around the island. In September it is webcasting from outside of the winch house. The northern and california sea lions haul out in this area until the winds start to come from the northeast. Note that viewing distance for marine mammals is 100 meters. The kelp bed extends out to 30 meters in this area so it is obvious when boats are coming too close to the island.
