BIOLOGY CLASS 1997

On our spring field trips ( April and May) at low tide, we opened a new transect site at station 15 on Great Race Rocks. This site is a gently sloping shelf east of the Jetty which has an ideal set of intertidal stratification of Macroalgae.

We also measured salinity, temperature and Oxygen in the tidepools in this region of the island. Results will be posted later.
