On July 24, 2006 the drilling took place throughout the day, with ever-increasing wind speed. The following pictures were captured from the remote Camera 5.

On July 18,2006,as seen in the images below, the casing for the drill is being lowered into the location for the piling. A drill was attached and drilling took place through the day. In the evening, the casing was removed as a repair had to be done to one of the compressors doing the drilling.

The rig on Tuesday morning Water pumped up with drilling fines is filtered before release to the ocean. Drilling materials were later disposed of out of the reserve. Water draining from the filtering tank.
On July 24,2006, by the end of the day, the wind had picked up to west 30knots. This set of slides below gives an idea of how the clouds and the rig was moving before they shut down for the night.
