February, 2006,the storage batteries destined for Race Rocks arrive at the Lester Pearson College Parking Lot. Batteries came plastic wrapped They were stored until good weather for the tricky operation of transfer by boat.

Battery delivery took place March 10 and 11, 2006 96 batteries were brought to the island on two barge loads
