The Air Density had been falling for the past week ..and likewise, the atmospheric pressure. It reached a low of 995 millibars

temperature had been rising consistently since early morning. It peaked at 1400 hrs at 13 degreesC The wind at the top of the tower had gusts over 50 Knots. The high was recorded at 1200hrs The wind on the ground level had been high in the morning, had dropped briefly and then attained velocities of over 40 Knots in the afternoon.

The wind was predominantly from the South West that day but the direction was Easterly at noon Rain came intermittently throughout the day The sun actually shone as well in the mid day.
dew hum windchill
The dew point had been high just before noon and then had dropped quickly to late afternoon. Humidity had dropped severely that day The windchill shows that the high wind time corresponded with the peak in temperature.
